The song was originally written for Musikal Keliarga Cemara as a conclusion to the story. The message was that whatever happens, either ups or downs, you'll be happy as long as you are with your family. And The Lantis did an amazing job with this cover, bringing the warm feeling of family to their version.
To maximize the message and feeling, in my mind, I need to bring the image of family, which could be anything; it could be a scene from Musikal Keluarga Cemara, or we could film a short family story. It could be anything. Then we choose to bring their real family to the stage, the living one and/or the dead one, to make it more personal.
We put them in the form of 80s television, not only as a way to keep the old school aesthetic of The Lantis, but also as a way to make their family a fourth member of the band that performs on stage with them.
