As a way to promote the sequel of "Nanti Cerita Tentang Hari ini", we create a Behind The Scene of "Jalan Yang Jauh Jangan Lupa Pulang" to tell a story behind the making of one of the most popular IP in Indonesia.

In this project, I try to use a different approach to tell a behind-the-scenes story.
The first episode is about the journey of "NKCTHI" IP,
I chose to combine people's responses to the book and the first movie, old footage of people who celebrate the book and the first movie, and the new movie itself to capture how big is NKCTHI as a phenomenon.
The second episode is about the writer/director's journey to falling in love with London, the place where the characters live in the movie. I chose to make it look like a vlog, the writer/director revisiting the place that is fascinating for him while he tells the background story of the character for the film.
The third episode is about the crafting of the movie. The movie itself uses an organic approach to its storytelling. In this video, I try to capture that organic feeling with an interview on-set approach, which is really challenging for a movie that was filmed overseas.
The fourth episode is about the story behind the painting that appears in the movie, I chose to make this episode because the painting itself has a background story that represents the spirit of the movie.
